We are now offering free shipping to US & Canada on orders over $300.

How long does it take?

We ship across Canada and the USA. Once your order is received it is shipped within 24-48hrs. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays are shipped next business day. On average our flat rate shipping to Ontario and Quebec takes 4-6 business days. About 98% of orders shipped to Ontario and Quebec are delivered within this time frame unless there is a circumstance that we cannot control. (I.E. Weather, Holiday, Shipping Carrier issue). Alberta, BC & other provinces you can expect a shipping time of around 4-7 business days with our standard Flat Rate Shipping Method. Next day delivery is available upon checkout if you and your baby need formula urgently. For all USA shipments express option is offered with a shipping time of 3-7 business days. All orders are shipped with a registered tracking number. If you wish to purchase insurance, please contact us.

Covid Alert: Although we are operating as normal during the pandemic sometimes our shipping carriers experience delays due to the pandemic which may cause shipping times to increase. We are trying our very bust to work with shipping carriers who are not experiencing any delays however, sometimes delays due occur and it is out of our control. Our shipping times are suggested guaranteed times and we will due our very best to get the formula shipped out as fast as possible for you and your baby.
